美国电影艺术与科学学院（AMPAS）于当地时间19日公布了《第84届奥斯卡金像奖》（84th Annual Academy Awards）的【39首合格候选原创歌曲】，耗了些时间搜集音频作分享，前三曲为个人的心水入围，当中首推久违的爱尔兰传奇女歌手 Sinéad O'Connor 为 Glenn Close 反串逐后力作《Albert Nobbs》演唱，并由后者亲自填词的《Lay Your Head Down》。
